About these terms

These terms apply to craftrootstech.com and to the services of Craftroots Technologies, a Guardco Investment Group (Pty) Ltd company (“Craftroots”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to them. If you have signed a proposal or service agreement with us, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

The free audit

The free audit is a general review of your public social media pages, prepared with the help of AI. It is offered free of charge and with no obligation. It is guidance, not a guarantee of results, and you decide what to act on.

Our packages

Our monthly packages, prices and what each includes are shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in Namibian dollars (N$) and billed monthly. The package you choose, its start date, payment terms and notice period are confirmed in your proposal or service agreement.

Approvals and your content

• We share every post, image and video reel with you before it is published. You approve it, or ask for changes, through the client portal.
• Once you approve a post, you accept it for publishing on your pages.
• You confirm that the information, logos and other materials you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them, and you allow us to use them to create your content.
• Content we create for you is yours to use once the fees for that month are paid.

Social media platforms

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms are run by third parties. We follow their rules, but we are not responsible for their outages, changes to how they show content, or decisions they make about your accounts. Reach, engagement and follower growth depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific results.

Using this website

The text, design, logo and images on this website belong to Craftroots or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us. We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is and may occasionally change or be unavailable.

Responsibility

We take care with every piece of work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the claim arose.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia have jurisdiction.
